Accountant (m/f/d) 40 - 60%

Responsibilities

Independent management of financial accounting
Preparation of the annual financial statements
Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
Control of payments and dunning
Reconciliation of accounts and preparation of reports
Support with tax returns and audits
Co-operation with internal departments and external partners

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in accounting
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
Independence, reliability and accuracy

Responsibilities

Independent management of a service station with collection
Personal care of our guests in à la carte and banquet service
Working in both restaurants: the tropical plant restaurant and the Pink Flamingo pizzeria
Support of the service staff by the buffet team when preparing drinks
Compliance with our high quality and hygiene standards
Active participation in the annual New Year's Eve party - the restaurant will be closed on 24 and 25 December for this purpose

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as a service employee EFZ or comparable qualification
Professional experience in the service sector is an advantage
Good written and spoken German and French
Well-groomed appearance, highly guest-orientated, able to work under pressure and in a team
Flexibility in terms of working hours - assignments take place according to a recurring 9-week rhythm, with and without room hours

Collaboration in the tropical plant restaurant and in the Pink Flamingo pizzeria
Support from the buffet team when preparing drinks

Requirements

Experience in service is an advantage
Good knowledge of German, knowledge of French desirable
Reliability, team spirit and enjoyment of guest contact
Flexibility in scheduling (according to 9-week duty shift, with and without room hours)
